Wilmington United FA has a new look for our Junior Program, now called "WUFA Wingers" (formerly Academy)
WUFA Wingers Soccer
Wilmington United FA will be integrating competitive travel in with our Wingers program. Teams will have the opportunity to play in 1 or 2 tournaments and play friendly matches with other competitive programs. Teams will practice 2 nights/week with their teams and may also play recreational soccer at Port City Soccer (portcitysoccer.org).
We have already conducted a tryout session in May but are looking to add to our teams for the season. We will be offering another tryout on August 11th at 9:00 am at Eaton Elementary fields.
Practice will be conducted with technical training, fitness and understanding of the game as its focus. Players will be expected to be on time, ready to give full effort, be focused and show respect. Our WUFA Wingers program is a precusor to our WUFA Select program and we hold high standards for behavior and excellence.
